Kettlebell Skills

Kettlebell Skills is a dynamic fitness class focused on mastering the technique and movements involved with kettlebell training. This class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance mobility through a series of functional exercises. Participants will learn and practice key kettlebell movements such as the kettlebell swing, goblet squat, Turkish get-up, clean and press, and snatch while refining their form to prevent injury and maximize results.

Olympic Lifting

In this class we focus solely on Olympic movements so that you can begin to understand the science behind the lifts and start building your confidence and skill level in a safe way. Our Olympic Lifting program offers a strong focus on developing the proper technical foundation to help each Athlete lift to their maximum potential.

Full Body Massage

Massages aren’t just for a once-a-year splurge. Massage reduces pain and soreness, stress and anxiety and allow you to recover quicker so that you can perform better!
